Lindsey Fox currently serves as a Sergeant in the Narcotics Unit on the VICE squad for the Omaha Police Department (OPD). She has been with OPD since June 2008 and currently specializes in addressing issues related to prostitution and human trafficking. Her commitment to community engagement led her to serve on the board of the Omaha Police Officers’ Association Foundation (OPOAF), where she emphasizes the importance of community-police interaction.

Fox has a diverse background in law enforcement, having held positions such as Uniform Patrol Officer, Auto Theft Detective, Robbery Sergeant, Homicide Sergeant, Employee Resource Sergeant, and her current role as VICE Sergeant. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with minors in Psychology and Sociology, graduating with honors from the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO).

In addition to her law enforcement career, Fox has been actively involved with various non-profit organizations, including the Nebraska Humane Society, Open Door Mission, and Salvation Army. She also serves on the executive boards of the OPOA and the Omaha Police Welfare and Benefit Association, demonstrating her commitment to both law enforcement and community service.
